• Move to the index from any page by clicking on Index in the navigation bar.
• Click on a letter in the navigation bar to move to the index page for that letter.

Clicking on the page number link will move you to the particular paragraph containing the term. For example -

Bishop, Ruth 3, 12, 21, 21, 23, 24

• clicking on 12 will take you to page 012 paragraph 89 (012.html#89)

Spans of figures indicate that references to the index term will be found in the range of pages indicated. Click on the first page, then use the next page navigation arrow to move through the range of pages. You can also click on the last page in the range and use the previous page navigation arrow to move backwards through the range.
